RiChard Joins FM Operations & Maintenance

Valerie RiChard joined the O&M Leadership Team July 31 as Associate Director, Maintenance Services.  Valerie's responsibilities for the O&M team will be to provide technical, strategic, and organizational leadership for the Area Maintenance and Custodial work groups. Valerie brings a unique perspective to her leadership role with 15 years experience in facilities management in a variety of positions, including stationary engineer, supervisor, and director.

Valerie says, "My foremost priority is to learn as much as possible concerning our staff, campus and the customers we serve.  Consequently, I look forward to meeting with O&M staff and customers to gain knowledge and an understanding regarding the significant contributions each staff member makes to the service we provide."
