Go To Teams

Go To Teams are made up of line workers and supervisors from all over FM. These workers have been trained in the systems approach and in incident investigation.

Their role

• Discover, report and document hazards found in the work area
• Perform a systems-based incident investigation through root cause analysis and witness interviews
• Provide information in safety talks or tailgate meetings
• Be those Go To people other workers can rely on for assistance
• Encourage others to participate in the system by making suggestions and reporting hazards
