Problems running the reports?

Try the following steps. Step 1 will usually resolve the issue.

1. Click here to Install npviewer.exe Close IE then open IE & try the report again.
2. Click here for instructions to add our report server to your trusted sites.
3. Close IE. Search & rename all occurances of crviewer.dll on your pc. Try the report again. If it asks to install the ActiveX software, respond yes.
