| Scope: | Phase 2 Design is the renovation and backfill of the area being vacated by the occupants that are moving into the new space from the Phase 1b that would be completed. Various office spaces, classrooms, and some research space will be renovated during this phase as well as deferred maintenance. This renovation plan addresses research laboratories, offices, and support facilities located in the southeast (SE), southwest (SW) and west central (WC) sections of the building. Renovation of the SE wing focuses on floors 1, 3 and 4 and is of highest priority. Carver grant work includes additional research space in the SW wing and the lab fitout in the NE wing includes fitout for three new hires and one swingspace. | ||
