WORK CONTROL CENTER

The Work Control Center (WCC) processes all customer service requests, maintenance, custodial, and landscape services requests for Building & Landscape Services in Facilities Management.

All requests for services MUST go through the Work Control Center.

Requests for services can be made via
FM Reqs, an on-line requisition process.
