Scope:

Provide fault current analysis of Sub L, including connection to the "across campus tie" (ACT), as well as upgrade of its electro-mechanical relays to modern solid state relays in support of an upgrade/increase of the ACT capacity by other, U&EM projects. The study has indicated an overall switch gear upgrade/upsizing is required which will involve a second control building at Sub L.
