Space Planning & Utilization
Space Planning & Utilization, in partnership with University academic administration, is responsible for space assignment, space planning, and assignment coordination. In addition to responsibility for space programming for capital projects, Space Planning & Utilization maintains and manages all space and physical development data.
To request a new allocation of space, please complete the Space Request Form and submit, either by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by campus mail to Space Planning & Utilization, 200 USB, 335-3887. Requests will be shared with the University Space Committee for review, as appropriate.

Space Information Management System (SIMS) Portal
SIMS is a web-based facility information system which allows authorized users to access University facilities floor plans, tabular data and inventory reports.
