New Custodial Group Leaders and Service Coordinators complete additional training to:
- learn the areas of responsibility for their position,
- communicate their expectations,
- recognize strengths,
- plan for improvements in other areas.
Using this Coordinator and Group Leader checklist (.doc) is an opportunity for Coordinators and Group Leaders to discuss and develop a common approach that supports each of their roles in the success of the area.
