Facilities Management has over 600 dedicated employees who coordinate campus master planning, manage design and construction, maintain and clean the buildings and the grounds, and provide utilities and energy management. Our focus is on providing the physical environment that promotes University excellence.

Thanks to our talented workforce, UI’s Facilities Management has been nationally recognized and locally appreciated. However, it does not end there; we recognize the challenges before us, and we have embraced an ambitious set of strategic initiatives.
