Installation of steam and condensate piping from new vault 21 to the north tie in and site restoration
Maintain one way traffic to the south by shifting southbound traffic to the west lane of Elliott Drive. Fence off the east lane of Elliott Drive. Remove access to section of Lot 33 on the west side.
