Building structure is compete.  Exterior siding and painting ongoing.

Exterior utilities are 70% complete.

MEP is 75% complete.

Masonry 85% complete.

Grading and site work is 80% complete.  Concrete at exterior to be completed by November 1st.

Interior has been painted at both levels.  Tiling and finishes have commenced at the lower level.

Casework and trim packages are in fabrication.

Reviewing signage and kitchen packages.

Putting greens and associated golf course work is 85% complete.

Landscaping to commence in the spring.

Existing Clubhouse to be razed after new building is occupied in the spring.

Project Description

The Athletics Department intends to replace the existing Finkbine Golf Course Pro Shop with a new facility. The new facility will be approximately 19,000 gross square feet on two levels. The facility will include Men's & Women's Locker Rooms, an accessible retail pro shop, administrative offices, a full kitchen/ dining/ banquet event space. Accommodations to store and maintain the golf cart fleet, a storage area and golf driving range operations will be incorporated in the design. The new facility will provide proper weather shelter and safety for daily play customers and tournament participants.
