Project scope
This project will use the CM@R delivery method to construct a totally new BSL#3 lab addition to the State Hygienic Lab on the Oakdale Campus. This addition, positioned on the SE corner of the existing building, will contain not only the new BSL3 on the second level but also new support spaces on the ground level as well as the second level with the new lab. A new penthouse on the second story roof will supply the new lab.
