Scope of work will include removal, salvaging, and reinstallation of luxury vinyl tile, ceiling system, drywall ceiling, and wall letters to accommodate a new multi-story wood panel donor wall within the Alumni Hall. The new donor wall will match an existing adjacent donor wall. Additionally, work includes backup wall framing, wall sheathing and porcelain wall tile.
