Problems running the report? Try the following steps. Step 1 will usually resolve the issue.
1. Install npviewer.exe Close IE then open IE & try the report again.
2. Click here for instructions to add our report server to your trusted sites.
3. Close IE. Search and rename all occurrences of crviewer.dll on your pc. try the report again. If it ask to install the ActiveX software, respond yes.
