This project will construct a new six-level academic facility of approximately 263,000 GSF located at the northeast corner of Melrose Ave and South Grand Ave. The facility will house academic, administrative, clinical, and research space for the Communication Sciences and Disorders, Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Sciences, Health and Human Physiology, and classroom building occupants. The project will include a new surface parking lot. Razing of South Quad will be by a separate project.
