This project will renovate approximately 19,000 sf of existing lab/office/classroom space. Scope will include a full remodel of these areas to provide updated laboratories, classrooms, and offices. Also includes modest upgrades to approximately 2,500 sf of corridor space, including lighting and acoustic treatments.
