Psychological and Brain Sciences Building

Completed 2020

The Psychological and Brain Sciences Building reached substantial completion on January 2, 2020, and celebrated its official opening on January 24 with a dedication ceremony. The building opened for classes for the spring 2020 semester. The new six story and 66,470 square-feet building houses the department of psychological and brain sciences which previously spanned across four different buildings. The Psychological and Brain Sciences Building connects with Spence Labs on every floor, making travel easy between laboratories.

College of Pharmacy Building

Completed 2019

The newly constructed 228,371 square-foot Pharmacy Building reached substantial completion on December 3, 2019 and opened for classes in spring 2020. The new building features cutting-edge research laboratories, collaborative learning spaces, and a UI Pharmaceuticals (UIP) sterile-product manufacturing unit. The building incorporates a variety of strategies to promote universal design, a concept that recognizes and attempts to accommodate the broadest possible spectrum of human ability. The new facility will allow students to gain hands-on experience in the field in a simulated environment that mirrors real-life scenarios.
