This new five-level ramp will add about 1,200 parking spaces for UI and UI Health Care staff, featuring angled parking on the northwest side of Lot 33. The project also includes nearby lot reconstruction, road improvements, a relocated dental loop drive, and a new pedestrian crossing at Hawkins Drive.

The IMU renovation will centralize student health, wellness, and counseling services, strengthening its role as the campus student hub. Plans also include a new south entrance plaza and expanded student spaces in the former Iowa House Hotel area.

This new 263,000 gross square foot, six-level building will house academic, administrative, clinical, and research space for the Communication Sciences and Disorders, Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Sciences, Health and Human Physiology, and classroom building occupants.

The renovation and expansion of the Iowa Advanced Technology Laboratories will create a permanent home for the fast-growing Department of Computer Science. This project will renovate the west wing of the building and build an addition in keeping with the original design of the building.
